MediaSpecs Database: the source of granular media data

The media landscape is becoming increasingly complex and complicated. Granular media data, directly from the media companies, available in a single source

The MediaSpecs Database includes ALL advertising media in Belgium and Luxembourg - print and digital, TV/radio and out-of-home, B2C and B2B. You will find commercial and editorial data, but also contact details of sales houses, account managers, publishers and journalists.

Easy to use and always up to date

Through exports to Excel, subscribers can obtain ready-to-use overviews of the desired selection of data, useful for drawing up your media plan or PR list. Within the database, you can save found media and people by selecting them and saving them to a list, which you can share with your colleagues. Moreover, the Database notifies you of changes to the data in your selection, such as a modified publication calendar, updates to advertising rates or a new contact person at the sales house or publisher. This way, your previously selected info remains exact.

Now including digital media

Recently, it became even simpler to start drawing up a media plan due to the expansion of digital media data: from now on, they are displayed as granularly in MediaSpecs as the print media data that was already available. Depth was added to the digital data by way of adding the digital media advertising rates per ad solution (display, video, native, etc.), along with technical data and other detailed info.


All this can be navigated through sophisticated searching via 1.500 filters (per theme, target group, medium type, region, language, etc.) and these filters can be combined without limitation. Moreover, not only can you search by employing the filters that you want to include in your search: you can also exclude other filters. This enables you to find all relevant media data and people, without the irrelevant search results.

In permanent contact with all partners

To ensure correctness and completeness of the data, MediaSpecs has established daily contact with all media companies, sales houses and editorial departments. The partners involved in our media landscape can easily access their media data and certify their own data. As such, subscribers to the database (such as media planners, advertisers and agencies) can work with the most recent data, and in the meantime, you will also find the new rates and contact details for 2023 in the MediaSpecs Database.
