Biography Annelies Van De Slijke

Holding a degree in Applied Economic Sciences and a Master in Marketing Analysis at the University of Ghent, she started her career in business intelligence consulting at Keyrus – working on several projects in the telco sector. Attracted by the dynamic Telenet culture, she made the switch to further build her career within Telenet and moved from a role in BI to customer experience when she took on the challenge to start up a customer experience program in Telenet’s B2B department. Talking to customers and incorporating their feedback in journey design demonstrated the major opportunity (& responsibility) you have as a company and as a brand to improve your customers’ experience. Spreading this belief within the department and engaging people to take up the responsibility, led to a fascination in change management and employee engagement. The program that was created to stimulate this customer-centric mindset (Just ACE it!) was awarded with an L&D award in 2019 by stimulearning. As of January 2019, she took up the role of Director Positioning at Telenet Business, combining the employee engagement activities with managing the brand positioning of Telenet Business. Strong believer in the power of people and culture in building brands.

Biography Nicolas De Bauw

Nicolas De Bauw is Managing Director bij TBWA. Met een « Master in Organization and Management » op zak, startte hij zijn carrière in 2001 bij Securitas AB waar hij « allround » Business-Unit management ervaring op deed. Maar snel werd hij geroepen door zijn ware passie. Zo begon hij in 2003 bij Y&R als Account Manager. In 2007 werd hij actief bij Famous, eerst als Account Director op Proximus, Brussels Airlines en Bacardi-Martini. In 2009 werd hij verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële afdeling van het bureau en was het jongste lid van het management van Famous. In 2013 maakte hij de overstap naar TBWA als Client Services Director voor Telenet om in 2016 TBWA\Antwerp op te richten en het Management van de group te vervoegen. Toen won het bureau onder meer de Telenet Business account. Sinds 2018 is Nicolas terug actief in Brussel als Managing Director en verantwoordelijk voor alle merken van de Telenet Group.

Nicolas is lesgever bij UBA en lid van het "Expert Center Advertising" van ACC sinds 2008.
