1. Eligibility

• This contest is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
• Participants must have a public Instagram or Facebook account to complete the entry requirements.
• Employees of BAM Marketing Congress organization or BAM Marketing Congress and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

Participants must:

1. Like the giveaway post on either Instagram or Facebook.
2. Share the post to their story and tag BAM Marketing Congress. (@bammarketingcongress)
3. Comment on the giveaway post with:
   • Why they should attend the BAM Marketing Congress
   • Their preferred day (Thursday or Friday)

Each individual may submit one entry per platform (Instagram and Facebook).

3. Prize Details

• Two prizes are available:
  • 1 ticket for Thursday, December 5, 2024
  • 1 ticket for Friday, December 6, 2024
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other benefits.

4. Selection and Announcement of Winners

• Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
• BAM Marketing Congress will contact the winners via direct message (DM) on the platform where they entered.
• Winners must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and a new winner will be chosen.

5. General Conditions

• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of BAM Marketing Congress, which are final and binding.
• BAM Marketing Congress reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules or engages in fraudulent behavior.
• BAM Marketing Congress is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues or other circumstances beyond its control.
