How to reach the Congress?

The BAM Marketing Congress is easily accessible by public transport, bike or car.

Please use public transport as much as possible or carpool if you come by car. The event location can also be reached by bicycle or with a micro mobility vehicle. Together we contribute to a sustainable society.

Parking for cars and (motor)bikes is included with your congress ticket.

BRUSSELS GATE is fully accessible for visitors with reduced mobility. Dedicated accessible parking spaces are available close to the entrance. The parking area is paved, and a ramp provides easy access to the venue. The congress takes place entirely on the ground floor, and accessible restroom facilities are available throughout the venue.

There is a special private walkway from Groot-Bijgaarden station to the BRUSSELS GATE car park.
We also provide a shuttle service between the station and the entrance of the event venue.

By car

BRUSSELS GATE is easily accessible via the Brussels Ring Road. We encourage you to carpool with colleagues or fellow marketers whenever possible. You can also find or offer a ride via Carpool.be

The venue is not located in Brussels' Low Emission Zone (LEZ). If your route passes through the city, please check whether LEZ regulations apply to your vehicle. More info

Free parking for cars and motorcycles is included with your congress ticket. The parking area is located next to the venue and can be accessed via Alfons Gossetlaan. Simply follow the BAM Marketing Congress parking signs.

A complimentary shuttle service will operate between the parking area and the venue entrance before the event and after the congress.
