It starts by knowing your AI maturity, which is not only about data and tech, but also about real people.
Biography
As an interior designer that started as kitchen designer at Ikea, and who, after some detours in customer service and webdesign, ended up in IT consultancy, Hans knows how challenging it is for companies to engage with customers in a digital ecosystem, and create the experience they expect and deserve. As head of CX and Data & AI consulting he combines now the best of both worlds: Creating digital customer experiences with an innovative touch. And besides work? Well, he plays the saxophone!
