Biography

Yasmin Vantuykom is a 37 year old entrepreneur with 2 daughters. After a first career with the big 4 as a consultant in risk management, she launched 12 years ago as a side job as a social media expert. This transformed into a company (YVSOME). A few years later this was sold and she launched Efluenz.

Efluenz is an international influencer marketing company with offices in Paris, Lille and Brussels. With 25 employees on the payroll and an annual turnover of around 3 million euros and clients from various sectors: government, telecom, insurance, FMCG etc. During this transition from a start-up to scale-up, she attracted a capital increase from the media group Rossel. Six months ago she decided to sell Efluenz completely to Rossel in order to be able to focus on entrepreneurship and creativity again. She is busy setting up her new company (Quyet) around digital flow.

Her book “Workaholics” was launched with Uitgeverij Lannoo at the beginning of September. The book is about creating your own definition of success, leaving behind the expectations of society and others and finding your digital flow.
