Biography

Alexandre Helson carries the spirit of seven generations at Maison Dandoy, the Belgian biscuit house founded in 1829. After a journey through marketing and impact-driven ventures, he returned home with a mission: to regenerate soils, ecosystems, and communities while keeping alive the joy of baking.
