Laurence Herbert is the Chief Marketing Officer at Puratos and a member of the Group Executive Committee. In this role, she is leading the transformation of the company’s global marketing function, with a strong focus on digital innovation, data-driven strategy, and brand development to shape the future of food.

With a career spanning two decades, Laurence has held various marketing roles at L’Oréal and assumed global leadership positions at Puratos. Over the past 16 years at Puratos, she has taken on a variety of roles across Strategic Business Units, led the Health & Well-Being Department, and served as Head of Sourdough & Grains, contributing to the growth of one of Puratos’s most dynamic categories.
